Thank you so much for supporting my art. By placing a commission from me, you agree to the following terms.1. Copyright and Ownership All artwork created by me remains my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. For fan art or character-based commissions, I do not claim ownership of any original characters, trademarks, or intellectual property. Those rights remain with their respective owners. I retain full ownership of the original artwork, composition, and design elements I personally create.2. Usage Rights for Clients Purchasing a custom artwork grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal use only. Personal use includes: • Displaying the artwork privately
• Gifting the artwork
• Sharing images online with credit to the artist The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, reproduction, NFTs, merchandise, or AI training without written permission.3. Artist Rights and Reproduction I reserve the right to: • Share the artwork online and on social media
• Display the artwork in my portfolio
• Reproduce the artwork in art books, catalogs, exhibitions, or promotional materials
• Produce and sell copies such as prints or art books featuring the artwork unless discussed beforehand.4. Custom Work and Revisions Artworks are created based on the information provided by the client. Minor adjustments may be offered at my discretion. Significant revisions or changes to the original request may incur additional fees.
Once a design is approved and finalized, further changes may not be possible.5. Refunds and Cancellations Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are not available once work has begun.
